self-love selfie lab

self-love selfie lab

beauty confidence ♥ creativity

A playful, empowering workshop where women learn to photograph themselves

with intention, creativity, and self-love—using nothing but a phone camera.

In this class, selfies become something more than quick snapshots.
They become a tool for self-acceptance, expression, and visibility.

Through simple techniques, creative exercises, and a supportive space, you’ll learn how to create self-portraits that feel authentic, beautiful, and alive.

You don’t need to be a photographer.
You only need curiosity… and a willingness to see yourself in a new way.

Who This Is For

This workshop is for women who:

want to love and accept themselves more deeply
want to take more beautiful selfies
want to grow their social media presence
are ready to be seen instead of hiding
are done playing small
want a creative outlet

Whether you’re an entrepreneur, an artist, a dreamer, or simply a woman on a journey of self-discovery… you are welcome here.

What You’ll Learn

During the Self-Love Selfie Lab, you will learn:

Simple techniques for beautiful lighting using natural light
Angles and framing that flatter and empower
How to create self-portraits that feel natural and expressive
Creative ways to use space, movement, and emotion in your photos
How photography can become a practice of self-acceptance
How authentic selfies can help you show up more confidently online

By the end of the class, you’ll not only know how to take better selfies
you’ll also begin to see yourself with new eyes.

Why Selfies?

Your phone camera is one of the most powerful creative tools you already own.

With it, you can document your life, express your identity, share your work, and build a presence online.

But even more importantly, you can use it as a mirror—a way to meet yourself with curiosity, compassion, and creativity.

When you learn to photograph yourself intentionally, magic happens.

You begin to see your beauty.
Your confidence grows.
Your voice becomes visible.

What Makes This Workshop Different

This is not just a photography class.

It is a creative self-expression experience.

You will learn technical skills—but you will also explore how photography can help you:

build confidence
celebrate your body and presence
express your personality and creativity
feel comfortable being seen

The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free. This is a lab aka playshop, there is no right or wrong here, it’s just one big playground where we get to experiment, express, see what works, and get curious about what we can create. That’s all there is to it. No pressure to create a masterpiece, no expectation of producing something, what I would love for you is to show up, be present, follow your curiosity and see what is born in the process.

Meet the Instructor

For more than a decade, Francesca Bliss has been photographing women and helping them see themselves in a new light. Again and again, she has watched something beautiful happen: a woman steps in front of the camera unsure, a little self-conscious… and slowly begins to soften, open, and recognize her own beauty.

About a year ago, Francesca realized something.

She had spent years encouraging other women to step in front of the camera and celebrate themselves—but she hadn’t really done the same for herself. So she decided to turn the camera around and start creating self-portraits of her own.

What began as a simple experiment soon became a personal practice. Through artistic self-portraits, Francesca started exploring self-love, creative expression, and her own evolution as a woman and an artist. The process was surprisingly powerful.

The Self-Love Selfie Lab grew out of that experience.

In this class, Francesca shares what she has learned from years behind the camera, along with the inspiration she draws from the divine feminine, creative play, and connection with nature. The goal is simple: to show women how the camera they already carry in their pocket can become a tool for creativity, confidence, and a more loving relationship with themselves.
